Our Hassle Free Return Policy

We have a clear and hassle free return policy. We don't require an RMA number for return. If you are not happy for any reason with the product that you purchased from our store , you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. All you have to do is to contact us at 1-888-822 3336 or by email at info@sonicleaners.com. You are only responsible for the return postage. Please be advised that your return MUST BE be in brand new and resalable condition with the entire package content. If the item is not in the original condition or has missing items in the package, then there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. Your return requests must be made within the first 14 calendar days after receipt. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted. Please include preferably a copy of your order confirmation and the reason of your return with your item. Your credit will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the package. Our return address is as follows.
